3. No Client Relationship

Using this site, calling or emailing us, or submitting our contact form does not make you our client. A client relationship begins only when we have both signed an engagement letter describing the services we will provide.

Until then, please do not send us Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax documents, or other sensitive information through the contact form or by email. Once we are working together, we will set you up with our secure client portal.

4. Client Portal and Online Payments

Client portal. Our client portal is provided by a third-party vendor under contract with us. Use of the portal is also subject to that provider’s terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us right away.

Online payments. Payments made through PayPal are processed by PayPal, not by us, and are governed by PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers from those transactions.

5. Using This Site Responsibly

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the client portal, or any system connected to them
  • Upload or send viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Copy, scrape, or collect content or information from the site by automated means
  • Interfere with the site’s operation or with anyone else’s use of it
  • Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your connection to any person or organization

The text, graphics, photos, videos, logo, and other content on this site belong to Anita Woodlee-Roach & Associates, P.C. or are used with permission. The name Anita Woodlee-Roach & Associates, the AWR logo, and related marks may not be used without our written permission.
